SMS Authentication & Account Communications
By creating an account with BioXForge by phone number, you agree to receive SMS text messages for the purpose of account registration, login authentication, password recovery, and account security notifications. These messages may include one-time passcodes (OTPs) or security alerts. Alerts will come from the local number (307) 218-5666.
Message frequency varies based on login activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

Return & Refund Policy
As noted in our Return Policy, all sales are final due to the nature of laboratory research products. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if an order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting details for review.
